I read Melissa d'Arabian's recipe and accompanying article nearly two years ago in the food section of our local newspaper. The recipe sounded so amazing ("Glorious," was her term) I had to make it. A rich, flavorful broth poured over a bowl of fresh vegetables, it is every bit as good as she claimed. Follow the link to warm deliciousness, perfect on these cold, winter nights! The only change I made was to substitute chicken stock in place of water.
